Matt Miller has been part of the San Jose State Athletics Business Office since 2006, curently serving as a Business Analyst/Specialist.

Matt's day to day duties include processing expenditures for travel and non-state funded expenditures. He is also in charge of revenue collection and processing for the non-state funds. Matt can also be found
assisting in other departments, including Facilities and Events. He is an active member of the College Athletic Business Management Association (CABMA) and the Collegiate Event and Facility Management Association (CEFMA).

Miller started at San Jose State in the fall of 2004 as a volunteer for then-Assistant Football Coach Keith Allen. Miller worked on recruiting project while enrolled in graduate school at San Jose State. Miller also volunteered in the equipment room in the spring of 2005 and was an intern for the Spartan Foundation in the spring of 2006. An integral part of the athletics department, Miller was the Floor Manager and Practice Coordinator for the NCAA Tournament games hosted by San Jose State in 2007 and 2010. He also continues to assist at the Spartan Foundation's Annual Fund Drive meetings as well as other athletics department events.

A native of Zephyr Cove, Nev., Matt graduated from the University of Nevada in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and received his Master of Arts in Kinesiology (Sport Management emphasis) from San Jose State in 2006.
