Camp Medical Form
A parent / guardian must complete the parent / guardian side of the medical form. A copy of the camper's latest physical (within a year of camp) can substitute for the physician side of the medical form.

SUMMER CUBS CAMP
Join us this year for Cubs Camp! Cubs Camp is a fun-filled day camp for children which engages campers in a variety of sports, games, arts and crafts.

Time: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
*Post-care is available until 5:30 pm for an additional cost.
