EACH HIGH SCHOOL TEAM IS LIMITED TO 10 RUNNERS.
*ENTRY FEE: The entry fee is $125 per team or $250 for both boys’ and girls’ teams. Please make checks payable to the “University of Minnesota”. Fees due September 18th You will not receive a race packet without your fee turned in!

*REGISTRATION & ENTRY DEADLINE: To register, you need a password. Go here: www.raceberryjam.com/gethsonlinepw.php3 and enter your email address. After you have your password, go here: www.raceberryjam.com/hscconlineentry.php3, then enter your roster. Entries are due by 5pm on September 16th, no later. REMEMBER – you are only allowed ten (10) entries. The substitution of athletes will be allowed on race day at the table where you pick up your race packets, so please only register 10 athletes per team. Make all changes before the table closes at 2:00 pm.

RACE PACKETS: Race packets can be picked up at the driving range parking lot from 3-5 pm on Friday or from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm on Saturday. Each packet will include chips, race numbers, pins, coaches’ and athletes’ passes, lane assignments, and a meet program. Race packets will not be given out if your entry fee has not been paid!
RESULTS: The race will be using computer chips. Results will be available after the race and will be posted on gophersports.comt by Saturday evening.
AWARDS: We plan to give awards to the top two teams in each race and the top 20 individuals in each race.
ADMISSION FEE: The University will be charging a $5 entry fee for adults, $2 for students. Each team will be given 10 athletes’ passes and two coaches’ passes in their race packets. Please inform your team and spectators.

GOLF COURSE MAIN LOT: RED PASS- STAFF, OFFICIALS, ETC.
TEAM PARKING
TEAM VANS: GIBBS FARM LOT AND ROBBIE SOCCER STADIUM WILL BE
AVAILABLE FOR VANS. 1 BLOCK EAST TO CLEVELAND- TAKE LEFT AND ENTER
PARKING LOT FOR GIBBS FARM/SOCCER STADIUM. BACK UP LOCATION IS ANY
REMAINING SPOTS IN GOLF COURSE MAIN LOT.
TEAM BUSES: LOT 55 WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR BUSES. FOR DIRECTIONS PLEASE SEE "DIRECTIONS TO BUS PARKING LOT (LOT 55)".
PUBLIC PARKING
ANY LEGAL CITY STREET PARKING: PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE UNIVERSITY
OF MINNESOTA ATHLETIC DEPARTMENT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PARKING
VIOLATIONS OR TOWING DUE TO ILLEGAL PARKING.
STATE FAIR LOT S108 (STATE FAIR GROUNDS DAN PATCH AND RANDALL AVE. SHUTTLES WILL TRANSPORT TO GOLF COURSE. |
Spectator parking: 2 Blocks east of golf course (2025 Larpenteur Ave. W) at the Twin City Co-op Credit union on left side of Larpenteur.
NO PETS, BIKES, OR FOOD: No dogs or other pets are allowed on the Golf Course Grounds. No bikes or wheeled vehicles (except wheelchairs and baby strollers) are allowed on the Golf Course Grounds. No outside food is allowed on the Golf Course Grounds. A University vendor will be selling food and beverages to spectators and athletes. Please make all of your fans and parents aware of these rules. It would be a shame if the high schools or your team were not allowed back in 2009.
COURSE INSPECTION: Friday from 2:00 until 6:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 8:00 a.m. until meet time.
MEDICAL INFORMATION: The University of Minnesota Medical staff request that you bring medical info of your student- allergies, medical conditions, etc., & parental releases to treat. Click here for the athletic trainers letter.
RETURNING CHIPS: We are using chips for scoring. Each coach is responsible for returning ALL of the chips checked out to them after the race to officials just west of the finish corral. Your school will be charged for any unreturned chips.
JUNIOR VARSITY MEET: Tom Watson, assistant coach at Mounds View High School, sponsors a JV Meet, the Mustang Invitational, on Friday, September 25th. Many of the teams competing in the Griak send their JV squads to the Mustang Invitational...this year there will be 32 teams and approximately 1200 runners. This meet is at capacity for its site.
