STATESBORO, Ga. - Two-a-days return to the banks of "Beautiful Eagle Creek" Monday with two practices at 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. and again on Wednesday at the same time. The Eagles went in full pads in the morning session and shells in the afternoon workout.

"I thought we had a good day today. Things are coming along when you start to feel like the guys are doing better with their assignments and are having some good healthy competition," said Head Coach Jeff Monken. "It's good to know there is some camp left and momentum will continue."

Special Team and position drills dominated the first half of the morning practice while work on the option, offense vs defense and skelly drills wrapped up the latter half of the 9 a.m. practice.

The offense moved fields to the kicking field for the afternoon. The 22-period practice saw more of the same schedule from the morning but focused more on full-team practice sessions. The afternoon's offense vs defense periods were held on the kicking field to give the other two fields some rest.

The Eagles have the day off the practice fields tomorrow but will be busy with workouts and team meetings. They return to the field Wednesday for another two-a-day at 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. A full schedule of the remaining fall camp practices is listed below.
