PRINCIPLES

  • TRAIN THE ENTIRE BODY USING STRENGTH TRAINING, CONDITIONING DRILLS, AND FLEXIBILITY EXERCISES TO ENHANCE PERFORMANCE AND PREVENT INJURY.
  • CONSISTANTLY STRIVE TO OVERLOAD THE MUSCULAR AND CARDIORESPIRATORY SYSTEMS EVERY WORKOUT WITH IT IN YOUR MIND THAT EVERYDAY IS A TEST AND WE MUST GET BIGGER, FASTER, STRONGER EVERYDAY AS A TEAM.
  • WARM-UP AND COOLDOWN BEFORE AND AFTER ANY ACTIVITY.
  • WORK WITH A PURPOSE. GET THE MOST OUT OF EACH WORKOUT.

GOALS

STRENGTH                           DEVELOP MAXIMUM STRENGTH PRIOR TO REPORTING DATE, THROUGH TRAINING CAMP, AND DURING THE SEASON.

CONDITIONING                  DEVELOP MAXIMUM CONDITIONING PRIOR TO REPORTING DATE, HAVE YOUR BODY READY TO PLAY A GAME PRIOR TO REPORTING.

FLEXIBILITY                        DEVELOP DEFINITE FLEXIBILITY THOUGH THE USE OF SPRINTING, CHANGE OF DIRECTION DRILLS, AND FOOTBALL SKILL WORK.

BE A TEAM

BE THE MOST EXCITED TEAM

BE THE BEST YOU CAN POSSABLY BE AT YOUR POSITION

“I AM A TRUE BELIEVER IN THE MIRROR TEST.  BY THAT I MEAN THAT YOU SHOULDN’T WORRY ABOUT THE FANS OR THE PRESS OR TRYING TO SATISFY THE EXPECTATIONS OF ANYONE ELSE.  ALL THAT MATTERS IS IF YOU CAN LOOK IN THE MIRROR AND HONESTLY TELL THE PERSON YOU SEE THERE THAT YOU’VE DONE YOUR BEST.”
