Don McCauley
Major Gift Director

Don's primary responsibilities as a Major Gift Director include the solicitation and cultivation of major gifts. He also works extensively with football project efforts and is the liaison with UNC football letterman. 

Don - a legendary football player for the Tar Heels - graduated from the University of North Carolina in 1971. His jersey is one of those honored in Kenan Stadium.  Don is also a member of the College Football Hall of Fame.

Prior to his employment with The Rams Club, Don played football in the National Football League with the Baltimore Colts.  He also served as the major gifts director with the Kenan-Flagler School of Business.

A native of Worcester, MA, Don currently resides in Hillsborough with his wife, Tracey.
