2005: Started 23 of 27 games played as a freshman ... all 23 starts came behind the plate ... hit .268 with two home runs, six doubles, two triples and 13 RBI ... finished second on the team in triples and tied for second in home runs ... had three multiple-hit games and three multiple-RBI games on the season ... recorded two three-hit games against Maryland-Eastern Shore (2/13) and Navy (3/15), going 3-for-4 in both games ... had three two-RBI games against Maryland-Eastern Shore (2/11 & 2/13) and against Elon (2/23) ... compiled a six-game hitting streak from March 13 through April 1 ... freshman campaign was cut short due to mid-season knee surgery.

High School: Three-year letterwinner at Wesleyan Academy ... spent his freshman season at Northwest Guilford ... three-time all-conference selection ... all-state selection as a senior ... started all 30 games as a senior, hitting .428 with seven home runs, 40 RBI and 10 steals to lead Wesleyan Academy to the 3A State Championship ... his N.C.
