2006-07:  Achieved three personal bests at the NEC Championships: 100 Free (54.90), 50y Free (25.40) and 100y Fly (1:02.15)...Titled at home against Brenau and Campbell as a member of the 400y Medley Relay team...Swam a career best of 2:27.99 in the 200y Back against Radford...Clocked in at 56.80 in the 100y Free and at 1:06.18 in the 100y Back against SCAD and Wingate, both season high marks.

2005-06:  Competed in the 100y Fly...Swam personal best at the NEC Championships with a time of 1:02.90.

2004-05:  At NEC Championships:  member of the 400y Free Relay Team finishing fifth overall (3:39.99), competed in 100y Free, 100y Fly and 100y Back, clocking 55.81, 1:03.33 and 1:05.56 respectively...Took first as part of 200y Medley Relay team against Campbell with a time of 1:58.04...Finished third overall (27.15) in 50y Free against Radford...Swam a 31.27 in 50y Back against Gardner-Webb for fourth place.

Prep: Graduated from South Forsyth High School...Lettered all four seasons for the War Eagles...Advanced to state competition in each campaign...Earned the Highpoints award for swimming. 

Personal:  Born November 12, 1986 in Lansing, Mich....The daughter of Jill Simons...Majoring in criminal justice with hopes of becoming a forensic scientist...Enjoys relaxing and having fun with friends and teammates...Biggest influence has been former coach and Olympic Gold Medalist Mike Burten...Also strongly influenced by her mother having always been there for her.
