2007-2008:  Indoor – Achieved All-Conference accolades in the 60M placing second at the SoCon Championships with a time of 7.52, which stands as the second best time in school history...Had a career best time of 25.66 in the 200M at the SoCon Championships...Registered the second best Triple Jump score in school history leaping 40’09.00” at the Clemson Opener...Set a career best in the Long Jump with a distance of 18’02.25” at the SoCon Championships.   Outdoor – Placed 25th at the NCAA East Regional Championships with a jump of 39’03.75” in the triple jump...Qualified for the NCAA Regional meet in the Triple Jump event with a mark of 40’07.75” at the Shamrock Invitational, which is the fourth best in the GSU record books...Recorded the third best time in the GSU record books (11.82) at the SoCon Championships...Ran a 24.53 in the finals of the 200M at the SoCon Championships...Leaped a career best 19’06.00” in the Long Jump at the Irwin Belk Invitational.


2006-2007:  Indoor – Reached a personal best in the 60M at the Carolina Classic with a time of 7.69...Set a career best with a time of 26.19 in the 200M event at the Niswonger Invitational...Finished first in the Triple Jump event at the Carolina Classic jumping 38’09.75”. Outdoor – Had a fourth place finish in the 100M at the SoCon Championships with career best time of 11.94...Jumped  40’4” and finished with a career best jump as well as a third place finish at the Springtime Invite...Named to the SoCon All-Academic team in the spring for her efforts in the classroom.


Prep: A four year track and field letter winner at Manchester High School in Manchester, Ga...Competed under head coaches Cedric Stegall and Ashly Powell...Won Best All-Around as a freshman, sophomore and junior...Took region titles her junior year in every event she competed...Took the state title in the Triple Jump and state runner-up in the 200M as a senior...First person in MHS history to win a state championship...Received the team’s Academic Award every year...A four year captain....Also played point guard for the women’s basketball team...Was awarded junior varsity MVP honors as a freshman and varsity MVP as a junior and senior...Named to the Who’s Who Among American High School Teenagers list...Graduated sixth in the class.
