A Tradition of Excellence
Dancing at UNCW is very rewarding and challenging. Each individual works hard to attain new and difficult skills. While the squad enjoys competing at various competitions in the nation, their first priority is promoting UNCW athletics, and representing the college as a whole. Every young woman on this team has one goal in mind--to generate crowd involvement at UNCW. In addition to dancing at all of the home basketball games (including CAA and other tournaments) the team performs at various functions, conducts clinics and participates in community service events. Dancers are expected to make a serious commitment to their year long program.
