CAREER: A 16-time All-American, Butler is one of just seven CBU women to have reached double-digit All-American honors for her career.
2007: Received six All-American awards in five relays and one individual event at the NAIA Championships ... Took second in the 400 medley relay (3:57.42), the 200 medley relay (1:47.96), the 200 free relay (1:36.12) and the 200 free (1:53.82) ... Placed third in the 400 free relay (3:33.36) and 800 free relay (7:48.26) ... Took fourth in the 100 free (52.42) and eighth in the 50 free (24.33) ... Helped set records in the 200 free relay and the 200 medley relay.
2006: Captured a team-high six All-American awards, including five relays and one individual, at the NAIA Championships ... Swam on national champion and school-record breaking 200 (1:48.07) and 400 (3:56.25) medley relay teams ... Also swam on the national champion 400 free relay (3:32.92) squad and the second-place 800 free relay team (7:50.91) ... Finished second in the 50 free (24.14) ... Also finished third in the 100 free (53.21).
2005: Earned four NAIA All-American honors, one individual and four relays ... Finished third in the 100 free (53.18) ... Was part of three second-place relay teams, the 200 and 400 free and 400 medley, which set a school-record (3:56.93).
HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped four varsity seasons at Valley Center (Calif.) High, graduating in 2004 ... Also played three seasons of water polo ... Was the CIF-San Diego Champion in the 50 free all four years ... All-Valley League Player of the Year and named school Athlete of the Year her senior season ... Was All-Valley League in swimming all four years and in water polo her senior year ... Team was CIF runner-up in 2004 and four-time Valley League champions in swimming.
