Three-time Associated Press Little All-America guard for NDSU during his career, earning first-team honors in 1960, second team in 1959 and 3rd team in 1961. Scored 1,553 points in 65 career games over three seasons for the Bison, with his name appearing an incredible 56 times in the school’s record book at one point during his career. He was named the NCC MVP in 1960, twice led the league in scoring (1959 and 1960) and was a three-time All-NCC performer. He was named the North Dakota Athlete of the Year in 1959. Served as the athletic director at the University of Minnesota-Crookston.
