Won the high jump at the MSU Open with a height of 6 feet, 8 inches and placed seventh in the triple jump finishing at 41 feet, 11.25 inches (12/6) … placed second in the high jump at 6 feet, 8 inches at the Bison Classic (1/17) … finished second in the high jump with a season best height of 6 feet, 9 inches at the Dakota Duals, fifth best in school history (1/30) … placed third at the Summit League Championships in the high jump at 6 feet, 8 1/4 inches to claim an all-conference selection (2/28) … won the high jump at 6 feet, 6 inches at the Mount Marty Invite (3/29) … won the high jump at 6 feet, 6 inches at the Vance Butler Invite (4/3) …   (4/11) … won the high jump at the Beach Invitational with a height 6 feet, 10 ¾ inches (4/18) … finished third with a triple jump of 42 feet, 4 ¾ inches at the SDSU Twilight (4/22) … tied the school record with a winning high jump of 7 feet, ½ inch at the Howard Wood Relay (5/2) … placed second at the Summit League Championships with a high jump of 6 feet, 8 ¾ inches to earn all-conference honors (5/15) ... Indoors, had a team season best jump of 39 feet, 8 3/4 inches in the triple jump at the MSU Preseason Open... won the high jump at the NSU Open on Dec. 13 with a distance of 6 feet, 6 inches... had a team season best of 6 feet, 8 1/4 inches at the Holiday Invitational and the Jack Johnson Invitational... during the outdoor season, Helder had a team season best in the high jump at 6 feet, 8 inches for first place at the Howard Wood Relays
