Pittman – “We are really excited about the addition of Faith to our recruiting class for next fall. It’s not every day that you get a chance to pick up a player with so much college experience and understanding of what it means to compete at the highest level. She is a very mature young woman that has been coached by a number of quality individuals. Her most recent coach at USC, Keidane Mcalphine, was instrumental in her development over the past 2-3 years as well as helping us get Faith here at Idaho. With her overall presence, athleticism and communication skills, I can’t wait for her to compete and push our current pool of goalkeepers this fall.”

Pittman - “We are really excited about adding a player of Emma’s abilities to this class for 2016. She has good athleticism, quick feet and is great in the air. One of the biggest things we like about her is that she can play multiple positions in the midfield or up front as a forward. She is a quality passer, but can also take players on with the ball at her feet or hammer a shot from distance with power and accuracy. Emma has a great club coach in Eugene and we expect her to develop into a quality player for us in the near future.”

Pittman - “Sophie is a tremendous pick up for our roster this fall. She was recruited by some top schools and we are thankful for the opportunity to call her a Vandal and help us continue propelling this program forward. She has played at the top levels in both Seattle and Portland, as well as helping lead her Region IV ODP team to championship and her former club team in Seattle, Eastside FC, to both state and regional championships. She is a competitive leader that can play either center back or defensive midfielder. Sophie is a smart player that communications well and is very intelligent about her positioning and passing ability to help clean things up wherever she is on the field.”
