Welcome to the 2009 NCAA Division II Mens and Womens Tennis Championships official tournament page. Rollins College and the Central Florida Sports Commission are proud to once again host this prestigious event at Sanlando Park in Altamonte Springs, Florida.

This year marks the fifth time in the past seven years that Rollins and the Central Florida Sports Commission have teamed to host the NCAA Division II National Tennis Championships. The last time the event was held in Central Florida was 2007 with Lynn University defeating Valdosta State to claim the mens title and BYU-Hawaii downing West Florida to win on the womens side.

The 2008 championship was held in Houston, Texas as part of the Division II Spring Sports Festival. Armstrong Atlantic took both mens and womens trophies home to Savannah, Georgia as the men defeated Barry 5-0 and the Lady Pirates downed Lynn 5-1.

The 2009 tournament will run Wednesday, May 13 through Saturday, May 16. Live stats, recaps and complete information can be found on the Mens Tournament and Womens Tournament links to the right. Visitors information can also accessed through this site.

Sanlando Park is located off Douglas Avenue at the end of West Highland Street in the City of Altamonte Springs. This is a 40 acre park that offers passive and active recreation opportunities. There is picnicking, a playground, and pavilions for passive recreation seekers.
